All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the World Massage Festival. An administrative fee of $100 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that December 15, 2018. A $150 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between December 16, 2018 and January 31, 2019. Cancellations postmarked after Janusry 31, 2019 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: festival@worldmassagefestival.com

Registrations may not be transferred from one person to another. Registrations may not be "gifted" to someone else. Vendor registrations by franchises or companies may not be transferred from one franchisee or one company owner to another.

REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU REGISTERED FOR WORKSHOPS, AS A VENDOR OR FOR PROGRAM ADS, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after January 31, 2019.

Registrations may not be transferred from one person to another.

Registration fees may be carried over to the 2020 Festival. To transfer your fees to the next year, you MUST contact us before the start of the 2019 Festival on May 6, 2019, either by email or snail mail and let us know that you will not be able to attend in 2019, but want your fees transferred to next year's Festival. If you have not requested this in writing before the Festival begins on May 6, 2019, your fees will be forfeited.

NO refunds or transfers will be issued for registrations already carried over from previous Festivals by registrants who were unable to attend the previous Festival.

In the event the World Massage Festival is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God, or any causes beyond the control of the World Massage Festival, the World Massage Festival shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Festival as scheduled. The World Massage Festival will not be held liable for any expenses incurred and will determine the amount of refunds based on the above information.
