2019 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

When advertising your presence at Festival, please be sure to include in that advertising that
PLEASE NOTE: Due to rules for vendors, as set by Caesar's Entertainment, resale of any type of food or beverages is prohibited in the vending hall!ENTRANCE TO THE WMF EXHIBIT HALL IS ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!! With all of us advertising throughout the area, we can expect to get a lot of local traffic to the exhibit hall. EXHIBIT SPACE:
Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all (but let us know if you want to be near a particular vendor) 1 6' or 8'x30" Table, chairs will be provided 1 booth space is 10'x10' Tables will be covered and skirted, no pipe and drape Signs must be free standing or mounted on your table and cannot obstruct another booth EXHIBIT TIMES: PLEASE NOTE NEW TIMES!!!!!
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit Hall hours of operation. Monday - Exhibitor Set up 7:00am - 10:00am Monday - Vending Hall OPEN - DURING REGISTRATION CHECKIN - 10:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 6:00pm Thursday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm CLASS SESSIONS:

$700 per booth $85 per table additional for electricity
CHECKING IN: Please be sure to check in at the Festival Registration Desk FIRST THING. That way, you will get your registration materials, program, etc. and we will know that you are on-site. This is also when you will get your FREE door prize ticket!
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS & PRICING:
The World Massage Festival and its producers and owners reserve the right, at its sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, revoke the entry application, program ad or sponsorship of any applicant at any time, and/or to disqualify any individual or company from attending the Event. (All prices subject to change) All materials shipped to the Casino must have the following information on the shipping label: Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort Attn: Deiah Vambe, Catering Services Coordinator Recipient Name (GUEST) World Massage Festival 777 Casino Drive Cherokee, NC 28719 _____of_____ (ex. 1 of 10) Boxes are to be delivered to the Hotel no earlier than May 3, 2019. All packages received for the group (individual attendees/vendors) will be subject to the current shipping/handling charges. 0 - 35 lbs. $20.00 36 - 70 lbs $30.00 71 - 99 lbs. $40.00 over 100 lbs. $ .50 per pound Shipments made to the Casino by a shipping company or arriving on pallets that will require the use of a forklift operator must be scheduled in advance. Please notify your Catering/Convention Services Coordinator for scheduling purposes. Additional charges will apply for forklift use.
