/> My background began in a sports environment Over 30 years ago. Spending 20 of them weekly in a college sports med setting led the first half of my career to study under Dr Michael Lehey (Active Release Technique), Erik Dalton (Myoskeletal Alingment), Dr Greg Rose & Gray Cook (FMS & FSMA), Aaron Mattes(AIS) & James Waslaski (orthopedic massage). Through the years in my clinic, and case studies with my athletes at the Univ of Louisville led me to my fascination with fascia and a focus shift from Musculoskeletal to more NeuroFascia. Thanks to researchers like GilHeadly, Dr Schl rip, Sue Hitzmann & all the amazing team in the fascial Congress, I have been able to put all the amazing modalities I have learned over the years together and simplify it down.
