Catherine Whelan LMT, CST-D is an Craniosacral 1 instructor and advanced level CranioSacral Therapist with her Diplomate certification. 18 years of experience accompany Catherine, she started with a Kinesiology degree, followed that with some of the best training available at Boulder College of Massage, and she has continued her education at the highest levels in CranioSacral Therapy as well as Visceral Manipulation. Catherine is also a frequent teaching assistant and study group leader. Health is a lifelong journey with an ebb and flow; the more gentle mindfulness we can bring to the journey, the more likely we are to succeed.
