Kinesiology Taping: Uses and Applications
16 CE Hours

This course introduces therapists to kinesiology taping, it's uses, properties and applications. You will learn taping for the most common complaints from your clients and how to use critical thinking skills to access and apply corrective taping techniques for fascia, muscle, lymphatics/swelling and tendons/ligaments. The chief use of kinesiology taping is for pain relief and it is not intended to be a stand-alone therapy, but rather used at the conclusion of other manual therapies. This class will provide you with practical skills that you will be able to apply immediately in your practice.

Wear clothes to allow easy access to hips, shoulders and back. Tank tops, sports bras and loose shorts are always a good choice.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME, COLOGNE OR ESSENTIAL OILS TO CLASS.
