SHUTTLE FROM/TO ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT

SHUTTLE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AND PAID IN FULL NO LATER THAN NOON ON JULY 1, 2022!!!!!
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

NOTE: The shuttle is ONLY available to attendees who are staying at Harrahs Cherokee Resort for the Festival.

THE SHUTTLE WILL DEPART FROM THE AIRPORT:
Saturday July 16th - 7:00pm
Sunday July 17th - 11:00am
Sunday July 17th - 3:00pm

PLEASE NOTE:
Remember, it is an 80-mile trip from the airport to Harrahs Cherokee. In the mountains, this can take 2 hours or more, depending on traffic and weather. The shuttle will DEPART FROM THE AIRPORT at the times listed above. BE SURE to give yourself enough time, after the scheduled arrival of your flight, to collect your luggage and make your way to the shuttle. The shuttle drivers will have large cards letting you know where they are and most likely, the shuttle itself will be marked with "Harrahs Cherokee" on it.

The cost for the shuttle is $50 per person, round trip. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS are required. Please contact Cindy at lexxuscook@yahoo.com for scheduling and payment.

The airport is about 80 miles from Harrahs Cherokee Resort and there is no public transportation, like a bus. You can rent a car, take a taxicab, Uber of Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:
BE SURE to schedule your DEPARTURE FROM HARRAHS to allow for the 2-hour drive AND the 2 hours you should arrive at the airport before your flight leaves.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Asheville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston-Salem
  • Take I40 West to Exit 27 - US 19/74
  • Follow 74 West approximately 27 miles (do not take Exit 103 to Maggie Valley & Cherokee - stay on US 74 to Exit 74)
  • Take Exit #74, Hwy 441 North to Cherokee
  • Go approximately 4 miles
  • Take a right at first traffic light
  • Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel is at next intersection, turn right onto US 19 North and proceed about 100 yards. Turn left into the Harrah's Cherokee hotel entrance and pull up to the front of the hotel.
From Charlotte
  • Take I85 South ramp towards Gastonia
  • Take I26 - Exit #70 towards Asheville/Columbia
  • Merge onto I26 West
  • Take I40 West to Exit #27 - US 19/74 West
  • Follow 74 West approximately 27 miles (do not take Exit 103 to Maggie Valley & Cherokee - stay on US 74 to Exit 74)

  • Go thru Pigeon Forge
From Atlanta
  • Take 85 North to 985 until you run into 441 North
  • At Dillsboro take 74 West and follow sings to Cherokee (Exit 74)
  • Take 441 North to Cherokee for about 4 miles
  • Take a right at first traffic light for about 4 miles
  • Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Hotel is at the next intersection, turn right onto US 19 North and proceed about 100 yards. Turn left into the Harrah's Cherokee hotel entrance and pull up to the front of the hotel.
