Entry to the 2027 World Massage Festival is through purchase via a One-Time Ticket, a New Freedom Membership Ticket, or confirmation of a Current Freedom Membership.

Your registration includes a massage table space fee. This ensures every participant has access to a table for hands-on practice. You no longer have to worry about your class not having enough tables, a concern raised numerous times in previous years.

Table space fee
A dedicated workspace for every participant
Table space fee: Tired of paying to check your massage table with the airlines? The table space fee covers the cost of a massage table rental so every participant has a dedicated workspace for the full duration of the event. If you bring your own table at registration, we will refund you in the way you paid, or you can apply it as a $150 credit in the vending hall.
Registration terms
All sales are final
All sales are final. Registrations and Freedom Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Each registration is assigned to one named attendee at the time of purchase and cannot afterward be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, provide their name and contact information at checkout.

A One-Time Ticket gives access to all classes available in the year of purchase only. The 2027 One-Time Entry is listed at $500, plus a mandatory $150 table rental fee per event, plus taxes and fees.
What is a Freedom Membership?
A New Freedom Membership Ticket gives lifetime entries to the classes each year for no additional entry fees. The 2027 Freedom Membership is listed at $1,500, plus a mandatory $150 table rental fee per event, plus taxes and fees.
What happens if I bring my own massage table?
The table space fee covers the cost of a massage table rental so every participant has a dedicated workspace. If you bring your own table at registration, WMF will refund you in the way you paid or apply it as a $150 credit in the vending hall.
Are registrations refundable or transferable?
All sales are final. Registrations and Freedom Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Each registration is assigned to one named attendee at purchase and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred.
