We chose Planet Hollywood for a simple reason: after eight hours of hands-on class, you should not have to go anywhere. Your room is an elevator ride from the classroom.
Comfortable full-sized rooms give you space to spread out and relax. The fitness center is included with your resort fee, along with WiFi, so there are no surprise charges.
When you do want to get out, you are in the middle of everything. The Bellagio fountains are a five-minute walk. Miracle Mile Shops connects directly to the resort. There are two pools, a spa, a casino, and restaurants galore. If you want a memorable night out, make a reservation at Strip House, located downstairs. Red velvet, serious steaks, and a 24-layer chocolate cake is beckoning you.

Your group rate: ONLY $120/night. PLUS the resort fee is slashed from $55 aaaaall the way down to $25/night. That is over HALF OFF! After taxes (ugg), you are right around $161/night. On the Strip, in July. Try finding that anywhere else.
But only if you book by Tuesday, June 22, 2027. After that, our group block expires, the resort fee jumps back to $55, and you will have to pay standard Caesars rates. Some therapists tried to book last-minute at the 2026 festival and the rate was over $400 per night. And that was in Cherokee, North Carolina. We do not think you would want to find out what a Las Vegas last-minute booking would be for a 4-star 4-diamond hotel.

Ground transportation options

Rideshares are easily accessible from the airport. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes, with designated pick-up areas located just outside baggage claim at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. - Taxi
Taxis are readily available outside the airport doors. The quick trip to Planet Hollywood generally costs around $20 to $25 depending on traffic. - Airport Shuttles
Shared shuttles, such as Gray Line, are available from the airport directly to Strip hotels. Tickets can be purchased at the booths outside baggage claim or booked in advance online. - Public Transit
For a budget-friendly option, the RTC Southern Nevada bus system runs from the airport. Attendees can catch the northbound bus from the airport to the WB Flamingo after Linq stop. The trip takes about 30 to 40 minutes and tickets are just $4. - Driving & Parking
