Every registration includes a $150 table fee, so every participant has a dedicated table for hands-on practice for the full event. No more classes short on tables (a complaint we've heard repeatedly over the years) and no more paying to check your own table with the airline. Bringing your own table anyway? Tell us at registration and we'll refund the $150 the way you paid, or give you a $150 credit in the vending hall.

Registration terms
All ticket sales are final
All ticket and Freedom Membership sales are final. They are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Each registration is assigned to one named attendee at the time of purchase and cannot afterward be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, provide their name and contact information at checkout. Hotel reservations are made directly with Planet Hollywood and follow the hotel's own cancellation policy.

Why is there a $150 table fee?
It covers a rental massage table, so every participant has a dedicated workspace for the full event and you don't have to pay to check your own table with the airline.
What if I bring my own massage table?
Tell us at registration and we'll refund the $150 table fee the way you paid, or give you a $150 credit in the vending hall.
Are registrations refundable or transferable?
All sales are final. Registrations and Freedom Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Each registration is assigned to one named attendee at purchase and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred.
