Nicholas Night

I started my career in Health Care in 1989 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In 1992 I began to study Massage Therapy & Craniosacral Therapy. In 1995 I became licensed as a Massage Therapist & in 2000 I Certified as a Techniques Level Craniosacral Therapist with the Upledger Institute. I began teaching Craniosacral Therapy in 2000, teaching throughout North America, Costa Rica, & the Caribbean. I have trained with the Upledger Institute through their Advanced II level & have table assisted more than 45 classes at all levels up to & through Advanced II.

I have also received Craniosacral training from Joseph Rodin, Dr. Michael Lipelt, Dr. Alain Gehin, & am familiar with the Milne approach. I became certified as a Medical Massage Therapist in 2009, began teaching Medical Massage in 2010 & received my Advanced Medical Massage Certification in 2011. I have been teaching Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage techniques, Insurance Billing, Postural Analysis, Arthrossage, Therapeutic Cupping, & Manual Lymphatic Drainage since 2009 (400+ classes) throughout the United States, as well as in Costa Rica.

I am credentialed to provide CEUs through the NCBTMB (Category A), as well as the States of Florida & Georgia. My private practice, Warm Hands Therapeutics (www.warmhandsonline.com), was established in 1995, & is currently located in Bisbee, AZ.

A strong interest in the energetic basis of all manual therapies informs my work. My passion for returning people to their optimal level of health motivated me to begin sharing the knowledge I have acquired from my own education, both in the classroom & at the table. Teaching others the skills I have found so effective in my own practice allows my Passion to blossom, greatly magnifying the positive effect I can have in the world by increasing the number of skilled hands, heads, & hearts guiding others on their Healing Journeys.

The US Centers for Disease Control cites Arthritis as one of the most common types of disability, affecting 1 in 5 adults in the United States! Yet most Massage Therapists have never been introduced to the most effective manual techniques for reducing pain & stiffness while restoring lost joint mobility!

You will learn an efficient, effective protocol for relaxing joint tension & restoring joint mobility throughout the body. Specific emphasis will focus on the joints of the fingers & toes, often the most problematic. Treated effectively you can literally "give your clients their life back" as they can resume the activities & hobbies Arthritis sidelined them from.

We will cover the most common types of Rheumatic Disease, as well as Osteoarthritis, highlighting the most effective ways to address the dysfunctions they cause.

Our focus will be on the joints & restoration of joint mobility, with discussion of the importance of client participation & Home Program creation.

Appropriate Intake & additional forms, hydrotherapy, complimentary care, medications & supplements, & a full-body Arthrossage Protocol will all be covered, demonstrated & practiced.

Class Supplies: Arthrossage is performed without lubrication & with the client fully clothed. Please wear loose comfortable clothing (not dresses or jeans). Please bring a massage table, bolster, sheets & face cradle covers.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME, COLOGNE OR ESSENTIAL OILS TO CLASS.
