2024 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION



WHY SHOULD YOU EXHIBIT AT THE WORLD MASSAGE FESTIVAL?

  • We have VERY competitive rates for vendors
  • 50% of our attendees have never attended a massage convention before....Do they know about you and your products or services?
  • Our door prize drawings and other special events happen IN the vending hall, providing even more motivation for attendees to be there
  • Check-in day, you have the therapists all to yourselves! There are no classes scheduled on Monday.

When advertising your presence at Festival, please be sure to include in that advertising that
ENTRANCE TO THE WMF EXHIBIT HALL IS ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!
With all of us advertising throughout the area, we can expect to get a lot of local traffic to the exhibit hall.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to rules for vendors, as set by Ceasars, resale of any type of food or beverages is prohibited in the vending hall!
Sales, promotion or taking orders of edible CBDs is prohibited by Tribal Law. Only topicals and oils are permitted.

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all (but let us know if you want to be near a particular vendor)
1 6'x 30" Table, chairs will be provided
1 booth space is 10'x10'
Tables will be covered and skirted, no pipe and drape
Signs must be free standing or mounted on your table and cannot obstruct another booth

EXHIBIT TIMES:
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit Hall hours of operation.
Monday - Exhibitor Set up 7:00am - 10:00am
Monday - Vending Hall OPEN - DURING REGISTRATION CHECKIN - 10:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm

CLASS SESSIONS:

EXHIBIT RATES:
$800 per booth
$85 per booth additional for electricity

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS FOR ELECTRICITY TO YOUR BOOTH MUST BE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR BY June 15, 2024!!! AFTER THAT DATE, NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO ADD ELECTRICITY TO THEIR BOOTH!!!

WIFI will be available FREE in the Exhibit Hall


CHECKING IN:
Please be sure to check in at the Festival Registration Desk FIRST THING. That way, you will get your registration materials, etc., we can show you to your booth and we will know that you are on-site.


SECURITY:
Security will be provided for the vending hall during all hours that the vending hall is closed.

Boxes are to be delivered to the Hotel no earlier than July 14, 2024. All packages received for the group (individual attendees/vendors) will be subject to the current shipping/handling charges.

0 - 35 lbs. $20.00
36 - 70 lbs $30.00
71 - 99 lbs. $40.00
over 100 lbs. $ .50 per pound

Shipments made to the Casino by a shipping company or arriving on pallets that will require the use of a forklift operator must be scheduled in advance. Please notify your Catering/Convention Services Coordinator for scheduling purposes. Additional charges will apply for forklift use. The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving is open 5 days a week, Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and can be reached at (828) 497-8709.
