Forearm Fusion Level Two works off the same premise of the Foundations class that using different aspects of your forearm and elbow and applying appropriate body mechanics will help students achieve maximum pressure with minimal effort and strain to their hands, thumbs, and shoulders. In this course, students will revisit the Forearm Fusion foundational techniques for body mechanics as well as learn over 25 new techniques for specific, therapeutic muscle work, trigger point work, side-lying techniques, and stretching. We suggest that students take the Forearm Fusion Foundations course, but it is not completely necessary.
Students are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a set of sheets (face cradle cover, too), a large towel or blanket and massage cream/lotion of their preference.
