FESTIVAL MARKETPLACE WANTS VENDORS LIKE YOU
Why Should You Exhibit at the Festival?
* We have VERY competitive rates for vendors
* 50% of our attendees have never attended a massage convention before….Do they know about you and your products or services
* Our door prize drawings and other special events happen IN the vending hall, providing even more motivation for attendees to be there
* Check-in day, you have the therapists all to yourselves! There are no classes scheduled on Monday.
When advertising your presence at Festival, please be sure to include in that advertising that
ENTRANCE TO THE WMF EXHIBIT HALL IS ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!
With all of us advertising throughout the area, we can expect to get a lot of local traffic to the exhibit hall.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to rules for vendors, as set by the hotel, resale of any type of food or beverages is prohibited in the vending hall!
*****CBD PRODUCTS are determined by the Horseshoe Casino, and will announce when information is released. Check back later.
EXHIBIT SPACE:
Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all (but let us know if you want to be near a particular vendor)
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit Hall hours of operation.
- Monday – Exhibitor Set up 7:00am – 10:00am
- Monday – Vending Hall OPEN DURING REGISTRATION Check In 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday – Exhibits Open 10:00am – 6:00pm (Lunch Peak 12:00pm- 2:00pm)
- Wednesday – Exhibits Open 10:00am – 6:00pm (Lunch Peak 12:00pm- 2:00pm)
- Thursday – Exhibits Open 10:00am – 2:00pm (Lunch Peak 12:00pm- 2:00pm)
***Orders for Electricity will be taken until June 15, 2025, after that, NO ONE will be able to add electricity to their order***
WIFI will be FREE in the Exhibit Hall

Join our pop up marketplace for the World of Massage Festival! We now are taking credit card payments, along with check payments.
**Note, if you are paying by check, your vendor spot will not be held until full payment is received**
One Time Vendor Booth
You will get a 10×10 booth,
One 6’x 30″ covered Table (no pipe & drape), chairs will be provided
Signs must be free standing or mounted and tents must not obstruct another booth
Electricity is $100 more
WIFI is FREE
**We will not allow any food vendors during our events**
Freedom (Lifetime) Vendor Booth
Lifetime 10×10 booth at every World Massage Festival. You are allowed to purchase multiple booths for a larger space.
Ex: 20×20= 2 booths, 30×30= 3 booths
One 6’x30″ Table per 10×10 space, chairs will be provided
Electric is not included
WIFI is FREE
Cost is $3000 per 10×10
